A career as a Senior Advisor – Apple Infrastructure in the it team at National Bank means serving as an Apple Business Specialist. This position allows you to have a positive impact on our organisation thanks to your expertise in macOS/iOS ecosystem management, automation and security.

Your job

Ensure operational excellence of the Apple ecosystem (macOS/iOS) by designing, maintaining and improving MDM configurations, compliance profiles and application catalogues
Maintain and evolve Apple infrastructure environments (jamf, Intune) to support stability and performance of equipment.
Orchestrate package and script deployments, optimise zero-touch enrolment paths and improve it onboarding processes.
Manage the ABM/DEP lifecycle, including token renewals, assignments and enrolment compliance.
Help strengthen the security posture of Apple workstations by integrating hardening policies and applying internal and external standards.
Diagnose incidents related to enrolment or signatures, analyse logs, propose corrections and document technical solutions.

In the Workstations Infrastructure sector, you are part of a large team of colleagues and report to the manager of the Apple practise. Our team stands out for its innovative spirit, close collaboration with security teams and recognised expertise in managing large-scale Apple environments.

Prerequisites

Bachelor’sdegree, university certificate or master’s degree in a related field and 4 to 8 years of relevant experience
Solid expertise in Apple enterprise environments (jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager, Device Enrollment, Packaging and Profiles)
Proficient Microsoft Intune/Entra ID for managing Apple devices.
Have a good understanding of SSO/SAML integrations and security controls related to workstations.
Automation skills (bash/zsh, Python) and certificate management skills.
