A career as a Senior AI Analyst on the AI Factory team means contributing directly to the development and operations of innovative artificial intelligence solutions including generative AI that are transforming National Bank. You will play a key role in creating high-performing systems, supporting our partners and advancing the AI culture on a large scale.

Your job

  • Develop and improve AI systems that create competitive advantages for the Bank.
  • Understand business needs, ask the right questions and translate them into clear functional requirements.
  • Produce detailed functional analyses and ensure validation.
  • Conduct and support functional tests to ensure the quality of solutions delivered.
  • Efficiently diagnose and resolve technical or functional problems.
  • Support and coach junior analysts and interns.
  • Actively contribute to the dissemination of AI culture and practises in the organisation.

Your team

You will join a multidisciplinary team of 25 passionate specialists under the direction of Senior Manager AI Factory. We stand out for our AI expertise, our ability to innovate and our spirit of collaboration. You will work in a stimulating environment focused on continuous learning, experimentation and professional development.

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an analyst.
  • Experience developing and deploying AI systems
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, in Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
  • Experience writing user stories
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL and AI libraries.
  • AWS certifications and infrastructure as code automation skills (an asset).

Languages:
English, French
