A career as a Digital Product Owner at National Bank means being an active member of the digital team by working with the Digital experience Manager (Digital Product Manager) to ensure your product theme is successful. This position allows you to have a positive impact on our organisation thanks to your leadership, outstanding organisation and experience in delivering projects in an agile context.

Your job

  • Act as a Product Owner in agile mode for complex projects that translate into technical features within the Digital Studio.
  • Work with the Digital experience Lead to deliver initiatives and contribute to the solution development roadmap.
  • Develop, manage and prioritise the backlog based on the value and impact of initiatives.
  • Make sure that the technical teams understand the acceptance criteria and expected deliverables.
  • Pilot projects in a multidisciplinary team while maintaining a focus on client value and the Bank's contribution, both in terms of business and technology.
  • Make continuous improvements to optimise products and meet current and future needs.

Your team

In the Digital Personal Banking sector, you are part of a large team of around 10 colleagues and you will report to the Senior Manager, responsible for Digital Product owners. Our team stands out for the value of deploying user-friendly features tailored to our clients' needs.

Prerequisites

  • Experience delivering solutions as a product owner (PO) for approximately 3 to 5 years
  • Knowledge of the digital products industry, both in terms of the web and mobile channels
  • Solid knowledge of the Atlantic tools (Jira and Confluence) or equivalent.
  • Written and verbal communication skills and excellent stakeholder management.
