A career as a Senior Digital Product Owner on the Digital team at National Bank means acting as an active member of the Digital team, working closely with the Digital Experience Manager to ensure the success of your product theme. This job allows you to have a positive impact on our organization thanks to your leadership, your outstanding organization and your experience in project delivery in an Agile context.

Your job

  • Act as a product owner in Agile mode in complex projects transposed into technical functionalities within the Digital Studio.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Digital Experience Officer to deliver initiatives and contribute to the solution development roadmap.
  • Build, manage, and prioritize the backlog based on the value and impact of initiatives.
  • Ensure that technical teams understand the acceptance criteria and expected deliverables.
  • Manage projects in a multidisciplinary team while keeping the focus on customer value and the contribution to the Bank, both in terms of business and technology.
  • Make continuous improvements to optimize products and meet current and future needs.
Your team

Within the Digital Retail sector, you are part of a large team of about ten colleagues and report to the Senior Director, responsible for digital product owners. Our team stands out for its commitment to deploying easy-to-use solutions, adapted to the needs of our customers.

Prerequisite

  • Role-relevant training and between 3 and 5 years as a Product Owner
  • Backlog management skills and prioritization based on value.
  • Knowledge of digital products (web and mobile) and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) as well as the Agile methodology.
  • Experience in business analysis.
  • Experience in the banking field and/or investment product, financing.
