Your role
  • Act as a product owner (PO) based on the Scrum/Agile methodology in strategic initiatives related to screening and team projects.
  • Be responsible for the complete delivery of initiatives and actively contribute to the evolution of our product/request roadmap.
  • Work closely with experts and partners to represent business needs and define criteria for accepting solutions.
  • Define, break down and sequence the target vision in order to maximise the value delivered while managing constraints and interdependencies. This includes: Managing and optimising the product backlog and prioritising the MVP (minimum viable product) based on business value.
  • Support the adoption of change, engage stakeholders and proactively address resistance.
  • Continuously improve the product and manage improvements and adjustments while proposing sustainable optimisations that anticipate future needs.
 
Your Team

You are part of a team of 18 colleagues in the Compliance sector and will report to the Senior Manager – PCMLTF risk Management. Our team stands out for its expertise, spirit of collaboration and creativity, as well as its passion for fighting financial crime.
Continuous learning in all its forms is important to support your development, including on-the-job learning, the training content available to you and working with colleagues with diverse backgrounds and expertise.
 
Prerequisites
  • Bachelor degree and 6 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in product ownership in an agile context (scrum, kanban, safe).
  • Ability to work in Agile mode: Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and to deliver without having all specifications.
  • Experience managing large-scale business projects, from initiation to post-deployment. 
  • Knowledge of screening activities
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and explain technical language to the various stakeholders.
Languages:
English, French
Reason to require this language: you will need to discuss frequently with our service providers or partners who speak a language other than French.
