As a Product owner in the Commercial Financing solutions team at National Bank, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team  towards a common goal to deliver Experiences to the assisted channel users. With your Analytical skills, your experience of the commercial sector and your knowledge or the sector processus, you’ll have a positive impact on the user experience.

Your role

  • Gather and prioritize business requirements
  • Deliver user Experiences based on in dept anaysis
  • Ensure alligment between the delivered solutions and the identified target
  • Identify all stakeolders and support change management activities
  • Participate in a agile multidiciplinary team to execute the projets

Your team: 

As part of the Commercial Financing solutions sector, you’ll be on a team with 2 other colleagues and you’ll report to the CRM MPO. Our team stands out for the quality of its delivery, the employee experience it offers, the great work atmosphere and its collaboration. 

Prerequisites:

  • Experience in project delivery or business analysis and process review;
  • Ability to popularize technological concepts in everyday language;
  • Ability to transform business needs into technological requirements;
  • Good knowledge of the Salesforce CRM platform;
  • Good knowledge of business processes;
  • Bachelor's degree related to the sector of activity and 8 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree related to the sector of activity and 6 years of relevant experience;
Languages:
English, French
