A career as a Senior Content SEO Specialist in the Digital team at National Bank means serving as a specialist in organic referrals and AI/MLL-based response engines. This position allows you to have a positive impact on our organisation by influencing content strategy, analysing SEO and GEO data, and understanding search intentions.

In this role, you directly contribute to promoting the Bank's information platforms by ensuring organic visibility, relevance and performance of content in a constantly evolving digital ecosystem. You work at the heart of strategic decisions and work closely with several internal teams to maximise the impact of each content published.

Your job

Influence and develop the content strategy on the Bank's and partners' platforms based on data on research intentions
Structure and optimise SEO content aligned with intentions, client journeys and opportunities in search results and response engines
Continuously communicate best practises for SEO and GEO and ensure they are implemented during projects
Support and influence content teams and internal partners to ensure consistent and efficient application of natural referencing strategies
Analyze the SEO and GEO performance of content, monitor key indicators and produce clear, actionable reports to support decision-making
Proactively carry out SEO, GEO and referral audits to identify issues, risks and opportunities for continuous optimisation.

Vice-President – Digital, more than 190 specialists work in an agile, proactive and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology and continuously improve processes.

You are part of a team of more than ten colleagues in the Digital Marketing and Content sector, including 2 senior SEO specialists, and will report to the Senior Manager – Digital. Our team stands out for its expertise in digital performance and continuous optimisation.

She works closely with the Marketing, Content, Acquisition and it teams on all National Bank digital properties (institutional sites, products, information content, etc.).

Prerequisites

Have at least five years of relevant experience in SEO and natural referrals
Concrete experience in implementing high-performance SEO strategies, ideally in large-scale organisations or organisations with high content volumes
Proficiency in SEO tools, optimisation techniques and digital data analysis methodologies
Solid experience in analysing content performance, monitoring SEO indicators and producing strategic recommendations
In-depth knowledge of current SEO practises, including issues related to generative artificial intelligence and response engines.

Languages:

English, French
