A career as a Senior Advisor within the National Bank Investments team means stepping into a role as an influential leader and internal expert dedicated to the development and performance of the advisory force.

This strategic role focuses on designing and delivering practical, consistent, and scalable enablement strategies to increase advisor effectiveness, accelerate onboarding, and support the sustainable adoption of sales tools and digital solutions—both for the NBI sales team and the broader wealth management advisory network.

You work in an environment where your role is central: acting as the bridge between strategy and field execution, helping to build team confidence, enhance advisory practices, and deliver a consistent, modern client experience aligned with business priorities.


Your role

• Design and deploy advisory enablement strategies aimed at improving sales performance, operational efficiency, and the quality of wealth management practices
• Structure, develop, and continuously evolve frameworks, tools, and practical content that support productivity, client segmentation, succession planning, and business growth
• Lead and enhance training and onboarding programs for the NBI sales team, from initial onboarding through continuous professional development
• Develop scalable, results-oriented learning pathways tailored to field realities, delivered in virtual, in-person, or hybrid formats
• Drive adoption of sales tools and digital platforms by simplifying their use and clearly demonstrating their direct impact on performance
• Exercise strong cross-functional leadership by mobilizing and influencing stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and field adoption


Your team

Within National Bank Investments, you are part of a team recognized for its strategic role, strong influence, and collaborative approach. You report to the Senior Director, Sales Support and Digital Strategy, and join a team of approximately ten professionals.

Your team’s mission is to drive growth by strengthening engagement throughout the sales journey, creating measurable impact on sector objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of five years of experience in responsible investing or wealth management
• Proven experience designing training content, enablement programs, or sales force coaching initiatives
• Experience managing cross-functional projects in complex and transformational environments
• Solid understanding of responsible investment and financial services challenges
• Strong ability to structure, simplify, and deliver educational content for diverse audiences
• Proficiency with digital tools and technologies related to learning or sales enablement


Languages:
English, French
Reason to require this language: you will need to work closely with our colleagues outside Quebec.
