A career as a Digital Media Specialist within the Digital Media Performance team at National Bank means acting as an expert in digital media strategy and activation. This role allows you to make a positive impact on our organization through your expertise in managing digital campaigns and your ability to orchestrate innovative initiatives.


Your Role

  • Lead the strategy and execution of digital media campaigns: define creative strategies aligned with business objectives, coordinate briefs and launches with the agency, manage audiences, creatives, and budgets, while ensuring performance tracking.
  • Develop high-impact digital strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Coordinate media plan launches and oversee campaign activation. Contribute to creating relevant audience segments and ensure optimal activation.
  • Ensure smooth execution of digital media initiatives to maximize product consideration and acquisition.
  • Manage campaign optimization across Paid Search, Social, Display, and Video channels.
  • Provide key insights and strategic recommendations based on performance data.
  • Support the digital partnerships and aggregator team in optimizing tactics and evaluating opportunities.

Within the Digital Media Performance sector, you’ll be part of a close-knit team of three colleagues reporting to the Digital Media Director. Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in managing digital campaigns, in a media agency and/or client-side.
  • Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, SA360, DV360, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Business Manager, and Google Campaign Manager.
  • In-depth knowledge of best practices for leveraging customer audiences, including the use of Data Clean Rooms.
  • Good knowledge of performance tracking tools such as Adobe Analytics, Looker, and Claravine.
