As a Senior Systems Configurator in the Workstations and Desktop Equipment team, you'll act as a computer expert to bring our team into the future. This position will allow you to leverage your computer engineering skills, your commitment to enhancing the employee experience and knowledge of emerging technologies to have a positive impact on our organization.

Your role

  • Ensure the operational health of our IT equipment
  • Meet the stability objectives of our infrastructure
  • Achieve the delivery initiatives of our evolving vision for our solutions
  • Ensure the security of all our products and any other items that affect them
  • Support or influence the product owner when making decisions to develop their vision
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and automation in our daily activities
  • Contribute to the evolution of our team by sharing our knowledge or through training initiatives

Your team

In the Infrastructure, IT Operations and Strategic Vendor Management team, you'll work with 20 colleagues and you'll report to the Senior Manager. Our team stands out for its commitment to continuous improvement and its dedication to quality work. We offer a flexible work schedule with 2 days a week at the office. We support each other for occasional evening work requirements (infrastructure updates) and offer a flexible work/life balance.

You'll have access to several growth and development opportunities though IT initiatives or online training. Online training content and workshops with partners such as Microsoft are available to support your continuous learning. You’ll also have access to colleagues with a wide range of expertise, experience and backgrounds to enrich all aspects of your development.

Prerequisites

  • Three-year professional college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience OR bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years of relevant experience
  • Intune environment infrastructure management experience, SCCM and Microsoft Autopilot and Azure AD and Cloud PC modern management are essential.
  • Knowledge of Windows Management, Group Policies, Powershell and Graph, an asset. Our focus remains workstation management.
  • Knowledge of Graph, Logic Apps and Cloud management items, major asset Experience with Microsoft 365, additional asset
  • Be actively involved in handling Operations - level 3 support (incidents, penetration testing and other operations)
  • Have exceptional interpersonal qualities focused on teamwork and user experience.
