In a context of transformation, you play a key role in structuring activities, making data reliable and supporting decision-making. You contribute directly to improving efficiency and fluidity between teams.

Your job

  • Optimize and develop cross-sector monitoring and reporting processes
  • Design and maintain data management and visualisation tools to support decision-making
  • Ensure the quality, consistency and reliability of the data used in the various deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-sector activities by mobilising several stakeholders and meeting deadlines
  • Structure and document processes to ensure their sustainability and efficiency
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and propose concrete solutions, including automation and artificial intelligence

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of relevant experience or a related master’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in continuous improvement of processes and coordinating cross-sector initiatives
  • Experience in data management and producing organisational reports
  • Proficiency in collaboration and monitoring tools (e.g., project management platforms, data tools)
  • Experience with data visualisation tools
  • Knowledge of the banking or technology sector (asset)

Languages:
English, French
Reason to require this language: you will need to collaborate with a regulator/authority/government body outside Quebec.
