Your job

Main operational activities of the role:

  • Act as an intermediary and facilitator in managing consultant requests using the Fieldglass tool and requesting IT managers (CV sorting, supplier communications, etc.)
  • Coordinate efforts in sourcing consultants (integration, IT equipment, designation of a mentor, etc.)
  • Monthly deployment of the GDT dashboard from Jira and Power Bi
  • Assist IT leaders in internal talent redeployment via the Dynamic Talent Management process
  • Act as an expert in consulting talent pools
Main strategic activities of the role:
  • Assist sector managers in their consultant sourcing strategy with the help of your partners
  • Ensure execution of the workforce plan defined by the various IT sectors
  • Establish and ensure operational governance of SOWs (Statements of Work) to support managers in contract management
  • Development of dashboards (sourcing KPIs)
  • Build strong relationships with external (suppliers) and internal partners (Employee Experience, procurement, IT contract management) to facilitate the work of all
  • Optimize existing and future processes through continuous improvement

Within the Transversal Portfolio Management, Execution, Transformation and Dynamic Workforce Management (GDMO) sector, you are part of a team of 8 colleagues and report to Genevieve St-Onge.    Our team stands out for the governance of Dynamic Workforce Management and Dynamic Talent Management (GDMO/TDM) in the IT/Ops sector and its cross-functional involvement in the various files.

Prerequisites

  • 3-year university studies or academic equivalent, related to the industry, and 8 years of relevant experience
  • Strong experience in sourcing IT consultants
  • Experience in consulting and coaching IT managers
  • Experience in managing professional services IT contracts (SOW)
  • Experience in continuous improvement and workforce management processes
  • Rigor, high proactivity, and good ownership in executing various tasks
  • Assumed leadership and a focus on customer experience
  • Must enjoy supporting people and constantly be solution-oriented
