A career as a Senior Data Analyst in the conversational and Digital Performance team at National Bank means that you will be a specialist in analysing and valuing conversational and digital data to inform decision-making. This position allows you to have a real impact on the orientation of digital engagement and marketing communication strategies thanks to your expertise in analytics, storytelling and business intelligence. Your role involves contributing to the digital transformation by influencing operations, creating powerful analyses and making data accessible to as many people as possible.


Your job

  • Work with internal and external partners to translate their business needs into technical requirements and adapted analytical solutions.
  • Develop automated dashboards, dynamic analysis tools and ad hoc analyses to present the most relevant information.
  • Synthetic and targeted analyses by cross-referencing multiple sources to guide strategic business decisions.
  • Influence stakeholders and act as a trusted resource person for conversational and digital data.
  • Implement data quality and integrity controls to ensure the reliability of deliverables.
  • Manage cross-functional relationships and promote alignment around metrics, reports and analytical strategies.


Your team

You will join the conversational and Digital Performance team in the Senior Client Contact and Performance team. This team is made up of passionate specialists· who work in an agile way to improve the digital and conversational experience for our clients and support the Bank's ambitions. Together, we transform complex data into concrete drivers to guide strategic decision-making.

Prerequisites

  • 3 to 7 years of significant experience in data analysis to influence business decisions.
  • Advanced knowledge of relational databases and SQL (Snowflake or Databricks, an asset).
  • Expertise in visualisation solutions (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, etc.)
  • Experience analysing or optimising the digital client experience or conversational strategies.
