A career as an Advisor in the team of Integration and Transition team (Onboarding) at National Bank is to act as an expert, to leverage your knowledge by supporting various network stakeholders in their customer service offering. This job allows you to have a positive impact on the organization by leveraging your knowledge by providing support to different NBFWM ( National Bank Financial - Wealth Management ) sectors in their client service offer.)

 

Your job

 

  • Act as an expert advisor and coordinator for teams new to NBFWM.
  • Guide network stakeholders by assessing and identifying their needs and proposing adapted solutions to support the transition while considering the diversity of files/cases.
  • Negotiate service agreements with the various stakeholders and ensure their satisfaction and the satisfaction of stakeholders in the network through the quality of the services offered.
  • Act as a resource person in the optimization of processes and the implementation of new initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain effective communications with the various stakeholders involved in the service's activities as well as ensure interaction between these stakeholders.

Within the Best Practices and New Employee Integration sector, you are part of a team of a team of 20 colleagues, and you report to the manager of the Integration and Transition (Onboarding) team. Our team stands out for its expertise and its dynamism. We ultimately aim to offer you maximum flexibility and quality of life. This notably means a hybrid work environment, as well as adaptable working hours. Various work schedules are possible and vary according to the needs of the teams to be integrated.

Basic requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4 years of relevant experience OR master's degree in a related field and 2 years of relevant experience OR university certificate and 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in implementing and drafting procedures.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of different types of account and financial products.
  • Expertise in data management.
  • Understanding of the following applications: Word, T80, GDI, Croesus, JIRA – Required.
  • Be able to travel across Canada.

Languages:
English, French
Reason to require this language: you will need to work closely with our colleagues outside Quebec.
