A career as a Digital Media Specialist in the Digital Media Performance team at National Bank means acting as a specialist in managing and optimising digital campaigns. Operational rigour, analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of advertising platforms will have a positive impact on campaign performance and collaboration with our internal and external partners.


Your job

  • Ensure digital media initiatives run smoothly to maximise consideration and acquisition of National Bank products.
  • Collaborate with senior media specialists and the media agency on campaign planning, optimisation and analysis.
  • Follow up and optimise campaigns by overseeing the launch, implementation of audiences, updating creatives and budget management.
  • Analyze the performance of digital initiatives in order to provide key insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Manage certain internal campaigns, from taking briefs to analysing results.
  • Market intelligence and share media trends to continuously improve our practises.


Your team

In Brand, Content, Advertising Strategy and Media sector, you will be part of a team of passionate specialists·who work closely together and will report to the Digital Media Performance Manager. Our team stands out for its expertise in strategy and media activation, as well as its key role in optimising advertising investments.

We work in synergy with the media agency and a number of internal expertise, including the digital marketing team (SEO, CRO, acquisition leads) and the brand, content and social media team, to maximise the impact of our campaigns.

Prerequisites

  • Experience of 3 years or more in managing digital advertising campaigns.
  • Advanced mastery of advertising platforms: Google Ads, DV360, Google Campaign Manager, Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn Business Manager.
  • Knowledge of performance monitoring tools such as Adobe Analytics, Looker and Claravine.
  • Analytical capacity and rigour in monitoring performance and optimising campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills — you enjoy discussing, listening and promoting your ideas.
  • Autonomy, proactivity and desire to contribute to a positive work environment.
Languages:
English, French
