We are looking for a trusted partner to join our team.

Your Role 

  • Define and implement strategies to identify and attract talent
  • Build and nurture talent pools by establishing long-term relationships
  • Anticipate challenges and recommend appropriate action plans
  • Advise managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Contribute to the strategic dimension of talent acquisition
  • Lead and participate in strategic talent acquisition projects and initiatives
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Deliver a human, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience
  • Contribute to National Bank’s employer brand
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and communities of practice

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor’s degree completed, with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
  • Recognized ability to develop talent markets and build strong, lasting human relationships with both talent and hiring managers.
  • Demonstrated listening and partnership-oriented approach, with a medium-term perspective, supporting talent throughout their journey before, during, and after hiring, including continued relationship follow-up once talent is in role.
  • Ability to maintain active, high-quality talent pools through continuous market presence and ongoing, close collaboration with business lines, enabling anticipation of talent needs and movements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: demonstrated leadership, influence and negotiation abilities, rigor, creativity, and an innovative mindset.
  • Proven experience in an advisory role supporting senior leadership within a large organization.

English, French
