A career as a Senior Analyst in Wealth Management within National Bank Financial team means acting as a trusted expert in financial planning and client advisory. This role allows you to make a positive impact on our organization through your expertise in financial planning, experience in client relationship management, and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

Your role

  • Assess and identify clients’ financial planning needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Prepare all types of financial plans (partial and comprehensive)
  • Draft retirement projections and provide personalized follow-ups with clients
  • Work with clients to develop an action plan suited to their situation and oversee its implementation in collaboration with their external professionals
  • Build a trusting relationship with clients to ensure loyalty and generate new asset inflows
  • Identify and highlight business opportunities, particularly in financial security
  • Actively participate in activities related to business development for investment advisors by presenting the wealth management service offering to existing clients (insurance, estate planning, banking services, etc.), sharing information on wealth management products, and conducting follow-up calls

We have almost 1,000 Investment Advisors in over 100 branches, helping more than 400,000 clients manage their assets. Prerequisites:

  • Bachelor’s degree and four years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree and one year of relevant experience in the industry
  • Good knowledge of investments and wealth management (an asset)
  • Hold the IQPF financial planning designation/accreditation
  • Experience in client service/advisory roles
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable with technology tools
