A career as a Relationship Private Banker in the Laval team at the National Bank means acting as an expert with wealthy clients.

 
Your job:

• Identify and develop business opportunities for all of the services and products offered by the Bank and develop the market for high-end individual customers
• Build a relationship of trust with customers
• Manage a credit portfolio by rigorously applying the Bank's risk management standards
• Guide clients adequately to achieve their financial goals
• Help the Bank grow its share of wallet and increase its profitability by providing banking solutions to customers based on their profile and objectives
• Be responsible for the sustainability of the relationship with clients and ensure the profitability of their portfolio
• If necessary, involve appropriate specialists and parties in the relationship in order to adequately meet client needs
• Interpret financial data using sophisticated analysis and submit financing and credit renewal applications
• Negotiate conditions for files that comply with risk management standards and profitability criteria
• Establish constant communication and meticulous monitoring with the account managers of Business Services and the Senior Investment Advisors of Private Management 1859 in order to identify their needs and provide them with solutions allowing them to maximize business development opportunities to their customers
• Provide exemplary service to clients and provide them with a client-centric experience that is consistent with the nine values of our wealth management service
• Identify the risks inherent to the activities of the Wealth Management sector.

Your team :

Within the Business & Private Management 1859 sector, you report to the Senior Director Private Management 1859 of the Laval Rive-Nord region. Our team stands out for its expertise in the field and on the market.

Prerequisites:

• Bachelor's degree related to the sector of activity and four years of relevant experience OR Master's degree related to the sector of activity and two years of relevant experience OR University certificate/PUB 1st cycle and six years of relevant experience
• Be a collective savings representative (REC)
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Experience as an Advisor, Personal Finance
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Impeccable customer service, business development and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong business relationships
• Accessibility, friendliness, proactivity, customer-centric attitude, agility and responsibility

Languages:

  • Language: English

Reason to require this language: you will need to serve clients who speak a language other than French regularly.
