A career as a Senior Innovation Manager in the Information Security (CTO) team at National Bank means acting as a strategic leader who accelerates organisational performance by orchestrating automation, artificial intelligence and technological innovation. This position allows you to have a positive and concrete impact on the organisation thanks to your expertise in technological transformation, strategic alignment and measurable business value creation.

Your job

  • Define the target vision for automation, artificial intelligence and technological innovation for the CTO sector, in line with business priorities and the it strategy
  • Prioritize and orchestrate technology initiatives based on their business value, feasibility and level of risk
  • Transform existing technological capabilities (AI, data, platforms, hyperautomation) into tangible and sustainable operational results
  • Ensure consistency between business strategy, technology decisions and end-to-end operational execution
  • Engage and support management teams and multidisciplinary teams in transforming, adopting and scaling up solutions
  • Influence technological and organisational decisions in order to maximise performance, quality, speed and the employee or client experience

Your team

Within the Information Security sector (CTO), you are part of a large team of multidisciplinary colleagues who work in an agile, proactive and collaborative manner to seize technological opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of innovation and continuously improve processes. You will report to the Vice-President – Strategy, practise and Delivery. The team stands out for its value-oriented approach, cross-sector influence and its key role in the Bank's technological transformation. Prerequisites

  • A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of eight years of relevant experience or a master’s degree with a minimum of six years of experience
  • Solid experience of at least five years in technological transformation, automation and artificial intelligence
  • Significant experience in managing applications and/or it infrastructures
  • Hands-on expertise in software engineering and complex technological environments
  • Experience in managing managers and leading teams

English, French
