Your job: 

  • Perform multiple transactions between accounts.
  • Identify potential issues and address them
  • Perform profile or account management activities. 
  • Make adjustments or transactions manually as required.
  • Properly use complex equipment and software required for the job
  • Offer suggestions and optimization ideas for the continuous improvement of our operations or processes.
  • Produce quality work and help achieve team objectives
  • Ensure good data integrity in the work tool.   
 Your team: 

Within the Operations sector, you will be part of a large team of about 2500 employees and depending on the sector, you will report to the section management.     Availability for travel to Laval and Montreal depending on the place of work.Great sense of rigor and quality.  Knowledge of the Office suiteAdministrative experience   College diploma
    Languages:
    English, French
    Reason to require this language: you will need to discuss frequently with our service providers or partners who speak a language other than French.
