A career as a Senior Manager, Revenue Dividends within the Revenue Dividends, Capital Markets team means acting as an inspiring leader responsible for the direction, cohesion, and performance of an expert team dedicated to revenue operations, including dividends and interest. You play a key role in guiding, supporting, and uniting your team around shared objectives, while contributing to process transformation, strengthening controls, and delivering operational excellence thanks to your knowledge of financial products and your strategic vision.

Your role
  • Lead and develop a team of analysts by ensuring consistency of practices, strong engagement, and continuous skill development.
  • Ensure smooth and consistent execution of revenue operations in close collaboration with teams responsible for interest operations and related activities.
  • Drive transformation initiatives aimed at simplifying, automating, and continuously improving operational processes.
  • Oversee the implementation of new products or projects, ensuring strong controls, effective risk management, and reduced manual exceptions.
  • Establish and enhance performance indicators (KPIs), governance mechanisms, and operational controls required to support a dynamic, high‑volume environment.
  • Represent your sector in cross‑functional initiatives related to financial markets and wealth management, collaborating with multiple internal partners such as Front Office, Compliance, Finance, and year‑end tax teams.
Your team
Within the Revenue Dividends, Capital Markets sector, you are part of a large team of committed colleagues and report to the Senior Director, Transformation and Strategy. Prerequisites
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field, along with 3 to 5 years of experience leading a team.
  • Relevant experience in financial markets and/or wealth management.
  • Exposure to revenue‑related activities such as dividends, interest, or similar financial products.
  • Strong understanding of risk management practices and regulated operations in a high‑volume environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in process optimization and continuous improvement.
Languages:
English, French
