You will also  act as a key control point between Firms in the program, Trading, Operations and Technology, ensuring accuracy, consistency and scalability of the program.

In this newly created position, you will contribute meaningfully through your experience in portfolio administration, operational governance, and risk control.

This role requires a strong on-site presence, with an expectation to work from the office four to five days per week in order to support close collaboration, operational oversight, and effective partnership with internal teams.

Your role

• Act as the escalation point for model exceptions, mandate breaches, error resolution, cross client variances, and operational or financial risk investigations, and implement preventative controls.

• Represent the Modelled Account Program in committees, audits, regulatory reviews, and strategic initiatives, and advise sponsor firms on program design, scalability, and compliance alignment.

• Lead platform initiatives, including feature deployments, automation enhancements, data quality improvements, and the resolution of platform limitations.

• Oversee operational execution by coordinating with Trading and Operations to ensure rebalancing activities comply with documented standards and service level standards.

• Lead client and sponsor deliverables, including the production, review, and distribution of client statements and sponsor reporting.

• Identify revenue growth opportunities, potential revenue leakage, operational inefficiencies, control gaps, and process risks, and implement sustainable solutions.

• Manage and grow the team by planning capacity, setting priorities, managing risk exposure, establishing goals and expectations, and supporting performance, development, and accountability.
