As a Stabilization and operational transformation Manager, you work in a multidisciplinary team that manages and delivers business and technology projects for the IT Delivery sector.

You are responsible for a team that is committed to maintaining the stability of the IT applications it is in charge of and you will be responsible for the business transformation strategy in order to meet the bank’s objectives and the target target.

Your job

Be accountable for the technology foundations, readiness, security, sustainability and financial viability of the IT assets and services under your responsibility
Maintain and evolve best practices such as IaC, monitoring, high availability, disaster recovery, security and DevOps methodologies
Manage the relationship with suppliers involved in the delivery of in your portfolio
Ensure that your assets comply with applicable regulatory and corporate constraints such as asset management, risk management, periodic audits, succession planning and testing, etc.
Ensure operational viability of your assets with depth of monitoring and service agreement levels - 24/7 support,
Lead the support and resolution of all security vulnerabilities
Create and communicate tracking reports tailored to different stakeholders
Ensure the proper operationalization of functional and scalable deliveries of services and assets under your responsibility
Manage your operational budgets and a team of 6 resources with heterogeneous profiles
Collaborate and build relationships with multiple internal, external and matrix partners.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Asset Management.

The ECM (Enterprise Content Management) sector’s mission is to provide the entire bank with cross-functional services in terms of content management. Prerequisites

BA related to industry or other degree and several years of relevant experience
Many years of similar experience in managing the operation and maintenance of critical IT services
Knowledge and experience operating a large AWS cloud solution and DevOps tools
Knowledge and experience with deployment management processes, incident management, customer experience development, micro-service architectures (APIs)
Agile delivery experience / SAFe
Good communication, influencing skills, strategic vision
Experience in project operationalization and management.
