Being a Remote Team Manager at the Customer Experience as an Investment Solutions means mobilizing a team of approximately 13 employees who are committed to responding effectively to our clients while ensuring a superior client experience for their investment needs.


As a passionate leader, you will have to develop skills, negotiation, good retention practices and complicity with the branches for each file. It will be through your leadership, your ability to initiate and manage change, your collaboration and your influence that you will stand out.

Your job:

·       Ensure the smooth running of daily operations by being a leader in the call center with your remote employees.

·       Coaching and mobilizing high-performing teams

·       Demonstrate leadership in terms of coaching, change management and performance management

·       Hire, develop and manage the performance of your team members.

·       Work in complicity with business partners in the sector.

·       Bringing the Guiding Principles of Retention to Life

·       Carry out various mandates, analyses and special projects that have a significant impact on the quality of customer service and profitability.


Your team:

Join the investment solutions team, made up of about a hundred expert employees, whose mission is to meet the needs of our clients and process investment requests sent through the various communication channels (telephone, emails, referrals or others). You will report to the Senior Director and act as a leader in your area of expertise.

Skills required:

·       Industry-related bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience or industry-related master's degree and 4 years of relevant experience

·       Experience in personnel management

·       Coaching experience

·       Being a mutual fund representative

·       Have completed the Compliance Officer course or complete it within 6 months of being hired

·       Experience in business development

 

Languages:
English, French
Reason to require this language: you will need to serve clients who speak a language other than French regularly.
