In this role, you will help a wealth management team stand out by offering smooth and efficient operations to ensure a positive, long-term impact on our clients.

Your job:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure effective communication between all stakeholders (customers, advisors, and various collaborators)
  • Provide superior customer service in person, on the phone, and by email
  • Support the advisory team in account management tasks, progress monitoring and reporting
  • Perform deposit, withdrawal, transfer and currency conversion instructions for all investment accounts and ensure diligent follow-up. 
  • Analyze client accounts to prepare for activities that support wealth advisors in their business development
  • Open and update client files
  • Support in coordinating advisors’ agendas, schedule appointments, and prepare clients meetings
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules

Prerequisites:

  • College diploma
  • At least one year of relevant experience in a related field such as banking operations, customer service, or administration
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite 
  • Organizational and priority management skills
