The Opportunity

Join our dynamic sales team as a Co-Op Student and make a real impact on our sales strategy. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director- Direct Sales, you’ll leverage your education and curiosity to drive results through market research, financial analysis, training development, and trend identification.

What You’ll Do

Conduct market, product, and competitor research to identify improvements
Analyze client financial statements and market sectors for trends
Build sales forecasts and portfolio growth reports using Salesforce and Power BI
Support loan funding by connecting with vendors and clients
Complete risk scorecards and RoC worksheets for data integrity
Assist in developing and launching training courses
Draft internal and external communications, maintain prospect profiles
Prepare and distribute business management and performance reports
Continuously learn and identify trends to support team success

Who We’re Looking For

Pursuing a degree/diploma in business or finance
Administrative experience and operational knowledge
Motivated, independent, and accountable self-starter
Detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in fast-paced environments
Curious, eager to learn, and optimize processes
Strong understanding of banking, documentation, and financial insight
Proactive, responsive, and agile in managing competing priorities
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Outlook, Excel; Power BI and Salesforce are assets
