A career as a Digital Product Owner at National Bank means acting as an active member of the Digital team by participating jointly with the Digital Experience Manager (Digital Product Manager) in the success of your product theme. This job allows you to have a positive impact on our organisation, thanks to your leadership, your outstanding organisation and your experience in delivering projects in an "Agile" context.

Your job
  • Act as a Product Owner (PO – according to the Scrum/Agile methodology) in complex projects transposed into technical functionalities within the Digital Studio.
  • Participate in close collaboration with the CEN (Chief Digital Officer) in the delivery of initiatives and contribute to the realization of the solution development roadmap.
  • Continuously build, manage, and prioritize the backlog based on value and impact
  • Ensure that the team's technical stakeholders clearly understand the expected delivery and meet the acceptance criteria
  • Manage projects in multidisciplinary teams, with the role of being the guardian of customer value and bringing added value to the Bank, both in terms of business value and technological value
  • Continuously make improvements and fixes to the product to enhance the experience to meet current and future needs.
  • As a technology expert on your product, inform and influence stakeholders on the evolution of the initiative and the status of the solution, effectively sharing the vision of the product
  • Innovate and keep abreast of market trends related to the evolution of the product and to advance the Bank's digital transformation.
Your team

Within the Digital Individuals sector, you are part of a large team of about ten colleagues and you report to the Senior Director, responsible for digital POs. Our team stands out for its interest in deploying easy-to-use features, adapted to the needs of our customers.

  • Industry-related bachelor's degree and six years of relevant experience OR industry-related master's degree and four years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of the digital product domain at both the web and mobile channel level
  • Experience in delivering solutions as a Product Owner (P.O.)
  • Good knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) or equivalent.
