A career as an Executive Assistant with the National Bank Investments (NBI) team means acting as an expert in supporting two Vice Presidents and one Vice President in Wealth Management.

With your excellent organizational skills, proficiency in various Office tools, and eagerness to learn, you will optimize time and help achieve business line objectives.


Your job :

  • Organize the agenda of the VPs, coordinate their appointments and coordinate the logistics of meetings and business trips for the entire unit and propose improvements.
  • Interpret requests sent to your manager by identifying the needs of the stakeholders and take action in some cases.
  • Engaging primarily with executives with whom your manager collaborates, providing information or referring to the right people.
  • Take charge of the administrative management of team human resources files as well as the logistics of IT requests.
  • Monitor invoices, budgets and any accounting issues
  • Drafting, revising or improving letters and documents of a complex nature and preparing or improving layout of presentations in French and/or English.
  • Acting as a resource person for the sector.
  • Keeping informed of all new developments for the sector and keeping abreast of all developments in the sector.

This role is under the supervision of the Executive Assistant. In the National Investment Banking sector, you'll be part of a great team that stands out for its collaborative and supportive environment.The teams work at the National Bank Tower, 800 St-Jacques, Montreal.

 Prerequisites:

  • Completion of a three-year Diploma of Collegial Studies related to the sector of activity and 3-5 years' relevant experience.
  • Relevant experience as an executive assistant
  • Manage your managers' emails and calendars effectively.
  • Good sense of initiative and ability to adapt quickly. Follow up files rigorously, independently, and proactively.
  • Experience of managing a large group of employees.
  • Ability to deal with urgent situations and to manage several situations at the same time.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite and DocuSign

Languages:
English, French
