A career as a Receptionist in the Corporate and Banking Finance group means being the first point of contact to warmly welcome our clients, guests, and colleagues.

As a brand ambassador for the company, this role allows you to have a positive impact on our organization through your collaboration, enthusiasm, and commitment to supporting our teams in achieving business line objectives.

Your role:

  • Warmly welcome clients, guests, and employees in a friendly and professional manner, and act as a liaison between our corporate clients and employees with the utmost professionalism.
  • Ensure proper management of the reception area and meeting rooms: coordinate and monitor meeting room bookings, serve beverages/coordinate meals as needed, and assist with audiovisual/technical and administrative requests.
  • Manage intern cohorts from onboarding to departure.
  • Participate in organizing closing lunches, lunch-and-learns, and other events for clients or employees.
  • Support internal teams with coordinating deliveries and mail handling, processing invoices in SAP Ariba, business travel arrangements, calendar management, expense reports in Concur, and other related tasks as needed.
  • Assist with managing subscriptions and contracts with our vendors/suppliers.
  • Oversee maintenance and manage inventory of kitchen and office supplies; order and restock as needed.
  • Participate in employee onboarding and offboarding activities.

Your team:

You will be based in Montreal and work with a team of over 125 Corporate and Banking Finance professionals. You will collaborate closely with a team of executive assistants and coordinators and report to the Director, Business Management, Corporate and Banking Finance.

Basic requirements:

  • High school diploma and at least five years of relevant experience; a college or vocational diploma or equivalent academic background related to the field is an asset.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle urgent situations with adaptability.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote, OneDrive, etc.).

English, French
Reason to require this language: you will need to serve clients who speak a language other than French regularly.
