A career as a Strategy and Innovation Leader - Card Products reporting to the Senior Director, Product Strategy and Customer Experience, at National Bank, means being a specialist in Card product management, being the voice of your product and being recognized for your strong leadership.

This position allows you to have a positive impact on our organization, in particular through your influence through the projects you support in order to achieve the Bank's strategic objectives.

Your job

  • Guiding a large-scale digital transformation project
  • Interpret and advise on complex issues related to the Bank's strategic directions and develop new innovative approaches related to the project
  • Leader in its field of expertise by staying on top of market trends, new technologies and relevant developments
  • Develop directions that are innovative and have a lasting impact related to critical issues
  • Diagnose complex and non-recurring product problems by anticipating their impacts
  • Collaborate closely with other areas such as payment, legal & compliance and banking products to ensure a smooth integration of initiatives and processes.

Your team

Within the Digital Special Projects sector, you will be part of an autonomous team of around forty specialists and will actively participate in the Bank's digital transformation. Prerequisite

  • Experience on the implementation of a credit/debit card network in a banking/fintech context
  • 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in product management and large-scale end-to-end projects, including 3 to 5 years in card products
  • Relevant experience in payment and financing an asset
  • Ability to propose solutions and navigate ambiguity
  • Good knowledge of Agile processes as well as Confluence/JIRA tools
  • Excellent ability to influence stakeholders.

English, French
