As a member of the CISO team, you will contribute to the innovation and evolution of security by exploring new technologies, developing advanced solutions, and implementing innovative strategies to anticipate and counter emerging threats. Your role

• Providing leadership on strategic innovation initiatives, steering the design, implementation, and alignment with the objectives of the CISO and our partners.
• Advising executives on strategic cybersecurity issues and effectively communicating the goals and needs of the various cyber innovation initiatives to the management.
• Designing and testing security prototypes to validate hypotheses and explore innovative security approaches.
• Collaborating with architects, SOC analysts, security experts, developers, and IT professionals to develop solutions with security baked in that align with the bank’s strategic objectives.
• Assisting teams in optimizing their workflows by leveraging AI-driven solutions to improve automation, decision-making, and operational efficiency in security processes.
• Staying ahead of emerging threats by researching and implementing the latest advancements in cybersecurity and cloud security.

Prerequisites

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• An in-depth and proven expertise in cybersecurity (10+ years), particularly in the design and implementation of secure technological foundations and solutions.
• Strong experience with the DevSecOps model (5+ years), demonstrating proficiency with many of the following: software development, infrastructure, automation, security integration, and secure software design principles. 
• Strong understanding of both Solution Architecture and Enterprise Architecture, essential for comprehending business objectives, guiding strategic investments, and effectively influencing decisions at the enterprise level.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, with the ability to integrate security seamlessly into development workflows without disrupting developer efficiency.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, using tools like Terraform and GitHub Actions to configure and enforce security controls in AWS at scale.
• Expertise in Policy-as-Code in AWS, leveraging automated compliance checks and remediation to enforce security standards and regulatory requirements seamlessly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design scalable, secure solutions in a complex IT environment.
• Hands-on experience with custom Generative AI applications or a strong interest in leveraging AI for cybersecurity advancements.
