Being a Senior Digital Deployment Advisor means having a comprehensive view of digital business challenges to provide the best recommendations and guidance regarding deployments and change management. Through your leadership qualities, project management knowledge, innovative mindset, and ability to effectively manage change, you facilitate decision-making to achieve the benefits of the digital roadmap.

Your Job:

  • Work closely with various digital leaders and partners, understand their needs and business objectives to align and influence discussions towards innovative deployment and change management strategies.
  • Contribute to reflections, recommend orientations, and ensure the implementation of innovative change management approaches to enhance employee adoption levels and promote customer engagement.
  • Reflect the changes generated by initiatives across different sectors and target audiences and align stakeholders in executing the adoption strategy.
  • Develop an end-to-end change management and deployment strategy (clients, employees – advisory forces, call center, Ops) ensuring consistency among all initiatives of the digital roadmap and those of individuals and businesses.
  • Demonstrate seniority by navigating ambiguity with ease, quick execution, and quality advice and accountability.
  • Collaborate on post-implementation to contribute to achieving results before operational transfer.
  • Be able to take charge of certain activities and responsibilities in project mode.
  • Guide, coach, and support PO/PM, deployment advisors in developing change management strategies, offering more sustained intervention depending on the complexity of the mandate.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree related to the field and six years of relevant experience OR Master's degree related to the field and four years of relevant experience OR University certificate and eight years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive experience in project management.
  • Experience in large-scale deployment in the context of implementing client solutions.
  • Deep experience in change management.
  • Experience in applying innovative change management practices.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Jira, Confluence, and Hub tools.
  • Ease of oral and written communication, including leading workshops and presentations at an executive level.
