As a Systems Reliability Developper,  you will help all IT teams put in place the necessary mechanisms to improve and maintain the highest standards of resilience and availability of IT services.

 

Your job

  • Promote good practices for resilience and stability among application and infrastructure teams.
  • Understand the main flows of our critical environments to detect single points of failure.
  • Support IT teams to improve their documentation and architecture diagrams to include resilience and stability information.
  • Be able to carry out application development and automate as needed.
  • Promote and increase the automation of IT tasks to reduce human errors.
  • End-to-end stability analysis and recommendations to improve system performance and resilience.
  • Promote good monitoring practices and support IT teams in the implementation of key resilience and stability indicators.
  • Support IT teams following major events impacting the resilience of their systems.

Your team

Within the  sector IT Delivery, Commercial Banking and Insurance, you are part of a team of 8 colleagues, and you report to Senior Manager Digital. Our team stands out for its (to be completed). We ultimately aim to offer you maximum flexibility and quality of life. This notably means a hybrid work environment, as well as adaptable working hours. 

Basic requirement 

  • Experience of at least 10 years in developing online services in a complex environment composed of new and old technologies (Legacy).
  • Experience in software design of complex systems supporting thousands of competing clients.
  • Excellent understanding of DevSecOPS principles, monitoring and observability.
  • Knowledge of different database technologies MongoDB, Redis and SQL.
  • Experience in AWS cloud technology (service development, deployment, automation and operations).
  • Experience in infrastructure capacity analysis (CPU, Memory, Latency, IO, Bandwidth etc.).
  • Support 24/7 one week out of three
