A career as Lead Quality Assurance at National Bank means acting as the leader of a team of Quality Assurance Analysts for the SAP platform and document management (ECM). Your skills in coaching, delivery quality and quality assurance will be assets for our team.

Your job
  • Define and drive the strategy, processes and execution of quality assurance for different products
  • Supervise automated and manual tests, including the design of test plans and maintenance of existing cases
  • Collaborate closely with the business teams to meet the testing needs on SAP and ECM
  • Ensure the production of quality reports (coverage, defects, regressions) and compliance with safety and performance standards
  • Actively participate in testing and their automation
  • Detect deviations from standards, rigorously document results and communicate accurately.
  • Foster innovation and continuous improvement of tools and practices
  • Implement and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the quality of tests and the team’s workload.

You report to the senior director, cross-functional functions, ECM domain and SAP platform. Our team stands out for its desire to make the Bank’s SAP platform and document management tools stable and efficient, in addition to ensuring their maintenance and evolving the tools to improve the Bank’s performance, with the aim of generating effectiveness and efficiency.

We aim to offer you maximum flexibility to promote your quality of life. This is reflected by a hybrid work environment (2 days per week in person), as well as a flexible and adaptable schedule.

Prerequisites
  • University degree related to the sector of activity and several years of relevant experience
  • Skills to communicate effectively and negotiate with project stakeholders
  • Experience in a Quality Lead position for multidisciplinary teams
  • Good experience with test tools such as Selenium, Tosca, Postman, SoapUI, ReadyAPI or Rest Assured
  • Mastery of manual and automated tests, test case writing, scripts, and the configuration of test environments
  • Familiarity with AWS environments and key integration points of SAP technology.

English, French
