A career as an Account manager for Multi-Residential Financing in the Real Estate financing unit at National Bank means acting as an expert in financing residential buildings. This job allows you to have a positive impact on our organization, thanks to your skills in business development and business relationship management.

Your job:

  • Take charge of a portfolio made up of mortgage loans for 5 homes and more.
  • Identify business opportunities that may emerge from your market and advise leaders in your sector on the actions to take.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies in line with corporate orientations.
  • Contribute to business development and customer loyalty by providing an effective advisory service.
  • Increase the profitability of your sector by developing the current and potential clientele of your market.
  • Act as an expert with customers and different sectors of the Bank, participating in various activities to promote our products and services.
  • Identify the risks inherent to the sector's activities.

Your team:

Within the Commercial and Private Banking 1859 sector, you are part of a large team of around thirty colleagues, and you report to Associate Vice-President. Our team stands out for its expertise in multi-housing financing.

Our training programs based on learning in action allow you to master your profession. Personalized training content on real estate financing is available to promote your continued learning. Basic requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree related to the sector of activity and 6 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree related to the sector of activity and 4 years of relevant experience OR University certificate/PUB 1st cycle and 8 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of multi-unit mortgage products and administration
  • Knowledge of commercial financing
  • Experience in business development
  • Experience in customer service and business relationship management
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Have a sense of organization and demonstrate great rigor


  • Language: English

Reason to require this language: you will need to serve clients who speak a language other than French regularly.
