As a Chief Data Analyst, Campaign Development, you will be primarily responsible for delivering the customized marketing initiatives including database development and segmentation, to provide a cross-channel, consistent customer experience.

Your job
  • Ensure the implementation of personalized marketing programs, including data selection and/or data selection criteria and conversational contact sequence.
  • Ensure successful delivery of campaigns, customer targeting and the deployment of predictive models for marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with your marketing and communications colleagues to develop and improve the quality of their offerings.
  • Act as a consultant to the Directorate and stakeholders
  • Make recommendations on new ways of doing things to increase efficiency and automation of processes
  • Develop and enhance business processes for managing contacts and using customer data.
Your team

In the strategy and exploitation sector of the conversational ecosystem, you are part of a team of more than 7 colleagues and report to the director, campaign development in the customer data valuation team. Prerequisites
  • University degree in business intelligence, information technology, statistics, marketing or related discipline
  • Experience of 3 to 7 years in marketing campaign management and production
  • Experience relevant to working in project mode
  • Easily bridges the gap between technical and business language
  • Experience with big data environments
  • Strong knowledge of SQL
  • Good knowledge of SAS, Python, Snowflake, Databricks, an asset
  • Good knowledge of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Platform campaign tools is an asset
  • Good time management, team spirit and collaboration
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness.

English, French
