A career as a senior analyst in the Insurance team at National Bank means understanding the business context and the impact of projects on processes. You are guarantor of the success of business deliveries and therefore of the growth of the sector.

 
Your job:
  • Contribute and/or handle as a team the delivery of business initiatives
  • Identify business needs, manage impacts on operations and participate in recommending the most optimal solutions
  • Reevaluate the current operating methods and business rules
  • Manage stakeholders and work to bring together different interests
  • Raise results, issues, and risks
  • Work with the Agile Mindset in the delivery team
  • Carry out assessments to support solutions by documenting requirements in business specifications for solution designers and developers
  • Understand the business issues, identify the needs of stakeholders, propose and deploy strategies and solutions, considering the diverse nature of the cases to support the completion of projects
  • Translate business requirements into technical objectives for development teams
  • Assist team members and business units with IT application support as necessary
  • Participate in the delivery of solutions that adequately meet business needs and fit with the target architecture
  • Participate in carrying out various assessments (context, issues, impacts, functional, non-functional and informational, processes, business rules) to identify the discrepancies between the current situation and the desired target
  • Participate in effective end-to-end change management
  • Team-based incident management
Your team:

Within the business strategy delivery sector, you are part of a team of 10 colleagues from the Insurance and IT sector and you report to the business strategy delivery director. Our team stands out for its strong teamwork, collaboration and good humor.

Prerequisites:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of activity and five years of relevant experience, or master's degree in a related field of activity and three years of relevant experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in business analysis
  • Experience in business process management
  • Experience in change management
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Kanban methodology
  • Great ability to think strategically, strong vision, excellent analytical and synthesis skills
  • Ability to analyze needs and influence stakeholders Writing and documentation skills
  • Ability to work in a team and facilitate decision-making
  • Ability to lead workshops
