A career as a Digital Media Specialist in the Paid Media team at National Bank means acting as an expert in digital campaign management and optimization. Through your operational rigor, analytical mindset, and in-depth knowledge of advertising platforms, you will have a positive impact on campaign performance and collaboration with our internal and external partners.

Your Role

  • Ensure the smooth execution of digital media initiatives to maximize consideration and acquisition of National Bank products.
  • Proficiency in Google Search is an essential asset for this role.
  • Collaborate with senior media specialists and the media agency on campaign planning, optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns by overseeing launch processes, audience implementation, creative updates, and budget management.
  • Analyze digital initiatives' performance to provide key insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Manage certain internal campaigns (recruitment, events, branch openings) from briefing to performance analysis.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and share media trends to continuously enhance our practices.

Your Team

As part of the Digital Marketing sector, you will join a team of passionate and collaborative specialists and report to the Senior Director - Paid Media. Our team stands out for its expertise in media strategy and activation, playing a key role in optimizing advertising investments.

We work closely with the media agency and multiple internal teams, including digital marketing (SEO, CRO, acquisition leads), brand, content and social media to maximize our campaign impact.

We prioritize a variety of learning methods to support your growth, including continuous training, hands-on learning opportunities, and collaboration with experts from diverse backgrounds. Career progression is central to our approach, with multiple pathways for growth within the sector.

Basic requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns.
  • Knowledge of advertising platforms: Google Ads, DV360, Facebook Business Manager, Google Campaign Manager (SA360 is an asset).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in tracking performance and optimizing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • University degree in marketing, digital media, or a related field.

English, French
