If you are interested in the field of investments and securities, join the National Bank Financial Wealth Management (NBFWM) team as an Advisor, Strategy & Investment Solutions. In this role, you’ll dive into the world of wealth management while playing a key role in the success of wealth advisors. You’ll have the chance to work not only in Quebec but also across Canada.

Your Role:

  • Be a key point of contact for Wealth Advisors, acting as an expert within the Strategy and Investment Solutions team.
    • Collaborate with Wealth Advisors to develop tailored solutions for their clients.
    • Gain insight into the day-to-day responsibilities of an investment advisor.
  • Support team initiatives, including:
    • Data analysis to inform decision-making.
    • Attend investment meetings to demystify investment processes.
    • Lead and assist in business discussion workshops with advisors and field coaches.
    • Produce reports to support investment advisors.
  • Conduct analyses to provide essential information for the firm’s strategic decision-making and support advisors in their client-facing decisions.
  • Keep a close eye on the competition and promising offerings for NBF, staying informed of industry trends and changes.
  • Participate in initiatives to improve service offerings, including business, investment, and technology aspects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
  • At least 2 years of experience (full-time or part-time) in the business world.
  • Ability to develop collaborative and constructive working relationships with colleagues and Wealth Advisors.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Solid knowledge of collaboration tools, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Initiative, versatility, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Assets:

  • Knowledge of fee-based offerings from brokerage firms.
  • Experience in Wealth management.


Languages:
English, French
Reason to require this language: you will need to work closely with our colleagues outside Quebec.
