You will act as a recognized succession expert for all National Bank business lines. You will provide specialized support, in French and English, to our partners for the analysis, processing and compliance of an estate file.

Your job

  • To listen to the customer's needs as communicated by the partner, in order to facilitate the processing of the file.
  • Provide customer service on the phone on a rotating basis according to the service offer
  • Be the main point of contact for partners
  • Provide expert advice to meet customer and partner needs
  • Carry out the necessary follow-ups and checks to ensure quality of service
  • Manage reputational and operational risks in the event of problems
  • Ensure legal, technical, procedural and tax compliance of customer files
  • Be decisive and propose solutions to simplify processing for the customer
  • Carry out transactions, as instructed by the liquidator, in compliance with our service agreements
  • Propose and recommend new ideas and creative, innovative approaches
  • Properly document the file to facilitate future research
  • Take charge of and be accountable for all stages of estate settlement
  • Create a relationship of trust with our partners by providing them with ongoing visibility

Your team

Working in the Estate Expertise Center sector, you are part of a team of about 15 colleagues and report to the Section Manager. Our team stands out for its expertise, quality of delivery, customer/employee experience and fun, collaborative atmosphere.

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor's degree related to the sector of activity and three years' relevant experience, or any other combination of training and experience deemed equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • Good knowledge of investment and financing products
  • Good knowledge of the Office suite
  • Analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team, under pressure and with tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change
