Your job

  • Lead and inspire two teams of analysts and developers of about 15 people in total, specialized in asset management applications such as statements, applications migrated to the AWS Cloud.
  • Work closely with the Master PO of the Data train and the POs of the development teams
  • Guide crews in the adoption of SAFe principles and train practices (ceremonies, expected benefits, delivery targets)
  • Delivering the components of projects that impact our ecosystem
  • Ensure that you provide the necessary support to business lines and meet SLAs related to applications
  • Be involved in defining targets (Security, Cloud Migration, Decommissioning/Replacement) and a roadmap for applications
  • Develop the expertise of team members in order to support the technological shift, particularly towards the cloud
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement to ensure high-performance solutions that ensure efficiency and an engaging user experience
  • Bringing the IT and Operations Alliance to Life
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate and apply the bank's norms and standards
  • Define and monitor applications by ensuring sound application management, ensuring the resilience of assets/business capacity and services, proactively monitoring, reducing incidents and accelerating problem resolution to minimize customer impact
  • Understand and master all stages of the management cycle and ensure performance management
  • Assist/coach employees in their career paths
  • Promote a culture of learning, team commitment, continuous improvement and recognition in your team.

Within the IT Delivery Wealth Management sector, you are part of a large team and you report to the Senior Manager.   • Experience in an IT Director position for multidisciplinary teams in an agile delivery context
  • Experience in managing the lifecycle of the IT asset portfolio, their availability, operational support and associated budgets
  • Have the ability to manage multiple partners simultaneously
  • Experience in personnel management and project management
  • Have strong, influential and inspiring leadership
  • In-depth understanding of the application development lifecycle, DevSecOps tools, and agile methods, SAFe for delivery and operational support
  • Knowledge of cloud solutions, including AWS
  • Proven experience in technology infrastructure management and application development.
