A career as a Mortgage Retention Manager at the Customer Experience Centre means mobilizing a team of some 15 to 18 employees committed to contacting and effectively meeting our customers' financial needs while ensuring a superior customer experience. As a passionate leader, you'll have to develop the skills, negotiation, good retention practices and complicity with the branches on every file. Your leadership, ability to initiate and manage change, collaboration and influence will set you apart.  

Your job:

  • Coach and mobilize high-performance teams
  • Demonstrate leadership in coaching, change management and performance management
  • Work closely with business partners in the sector.
  • Bring retention guidelines to life.
Your team :
 
The Financing team serves our customers across Canada. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Mortgage Renewal, you will work daily with a team of over 100 specialists in credit, mortgage financing and more.

Competencies required:
 
  • Bachelor's degree related to the industry and 7 years of relevant experience or Master's degree related to the industry and 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in people management and coaching in a transformation context
  • Mortgage industry expertise
  • Experience in process improvement
  • Very good knowledge of financing
  • Strong ability to mobilize a team during a period of transformation
  • Call center experience an asset
  • Experience in project management an asset
 
Languages:
English, French
Reason to require this language: you will need to discuss frequently with our service providers or partners who speak a language other than French.
