A career as a Senior Manager, Investment Products at National Bank means acting as an expert to advise senior management, while innovating in the development and management of investment products. This role allows you to have a positive impact on the organization through your expertise in investment strategies and products.

Your Role

Establish and maintain a trusting relationship with wealth management advisors, external fund managers, and various internal departments.
Oversee and optimize the product offering by assessing market, regulatory, and reputational risks.
Participate in strategic committees as an expert and represent the Bank at external events.
Manage the product performance review cycle to enhance product relevance in response to market changes.
Create and deliver training sessions, write reports, and synthesize information to inform stakeholders about product developments or market events.
Lead due diligence assessments of fund managers and manage business relationships.
Analyze regulatory impacts and implement solutions that comply with requirements.

You will report directly to the Vice President, Investment Solutions, and work within a dynamic team where innovation and continuous improvement are at the heart of our priorities. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a field related to investment and at least 7 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 5 years of experience
CFA certification is an asset
Strong communication skills and analytical mindset
Excellent knowledge of the securities market, financial products, and services
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Initiative and autonomy
Ability to influence and foster innovation
Excellent organizational skills

Languages:

English, French
