Our program is designed for students who wish to pursue a career in the Capital Markets sector and meet the following criteria:
You are an undergraduate or a Master’s program student enrolled full-time at a Canadian university.
You have a strong academic record with relevant extracurricular participation.
You are detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and possess strong interpersonal skills along with a high level of intellectual curiosity.
You have strong analytical skills and good understanding of basic accounting rules/concepts.
You can manage projects independently and are ready to take on a high level of responsibility as an integral member of the team.
You are legally eligible to work in Canada.
Bilingualism is an asset (French required for internships in Montreal).

The internship will take place, depending on your skills and interests, in one of the following teams:
Corporate Banking and Loan Structuring & Syndication teams collaborate to offer structuring and syndication to large corporations for project financing, merger and acquisition transactions, and corporate financing solutions.These internship opportunities may also involve working with the Project Finance or Loan Portfolio Management teams.
Investment Banking services include strategic advisory services related to financing and mergers and acquisitions. These internship opportunities may also involve working with the Private Company M&A teams.
Global Transaction Banking is the operational backbone of corporate and institutional banking. It keeps money moving as the primary funding mechanism for corporate banking. We provide working capital solutions, including liquidity solutions, payments, trade finance, and treasury management products that help businesses operate.
The Equity Capital Markets group acts as intermediary between market investors and equity or equity linked issuers by structuring and executing such issues.
Our Real Estate Property Brokerage team operates within the Real Estate Investment Banking group. This team is a specialized group providing property and mortgage brokerage activities to commercial real estate clients through its affiliated entities.
* Internships take place in Montréal, Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver. You will be able to indicate your preferred team for the internship during your registration.
