A career as a technical advisor at National Bank's Corporate Transaction Operations means playing a key role in providing essential administrative and operational support. This job allows you to have a positive impact on our organization thanks to your rigor, your expertise in business process management and your ability to collaborate effectively with various partners.


Your job

  • Master information related to business processes and act as a resource person
  • Establish links between the different fields of expertise (knowledge, system, working method)
  • Identify and resolve operational issues in collaboration with the relevant teams
  • Ensure compliance and risk management rules
  • Process the opening of commercial files and respond to various customer requests
  • Perform administrative activities in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Perform various banking transactions


Your team

The Vice-Presidency of Corporate Operations is a dynamic team of professionals who work collaboratively to offer impeccable service to our clients and internal partners. You will report to a manager who is attentive to your development, while evolving in an environment where flexibility and work-life balance are valued.

Tools such as the Data Academy, language training, the Harvard Learning Center, and coaching and mentoring support are available to you at all times.


Prerequisite

  • Hold a college diploma or equivalent experience
  • Have a thorough knowledge of banking systems and processes (TBT, Passticket, Customer Management, GCC)
  • Mastery of compliance and risk management rules
  • Be available until 8 p.m. (Variable working hours)
Languages:
English, French
Reason to require this language: you will need to work closely with our colleagues outside Quebec.
