A career as a Power Platform Technical Director in the CWB Technology and Operations Integration Team at National Bank means acting as an expert in hyperautomation. With your technical skills, experience in Logic App, Power App and Power Automate and your coaching skills, you have a positive impact on the quality of development and thus contribute to the success of the system integration.

Your job:

As a Power Platform Technical Director, you ensure that the technologies and platforms chosen comply with the principles of the program. You manage the supervision of a team of developers and solve technical challenges to ensure a successful migration.

• Establish the technical direction of the project, ensuring that the technology stack and infrastructure choices are well suited to the requirements and objectives of the project.

• Lead the technical team in the development and implementation of migration solutions, providing technical expertise and oversight to ensure best practices are followed.

• Collaborate with the Architecture Lead to ensure that the technical implementation aligns with the defined architecture and contributes to the strategic objectives of the project.

• Address complex technical challenges that arise, solve problems, and provide innovative solutions to ensure the project stays on track.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the technical team, encourage knowledge sharing, skills development, and the adoption of new tools and practices.

• Provide technical mentorship to team members, helping them develop their skills and contribute more effectively to the project.

• Serve as a key technical liaison between the project team and other stakeholders, effectively communicate technical concepts and progress to ensure alignment and understanding.

Your team:

By joining the core Tech&Ops team of CWB's integration program and you will contribute to a strategy program for National Bank. In your role, you report to the Vice President of IT Strategy, Architecture and Innovation.

The team is usually on-site from Monday to Thursday to facilitate quick decision-making.

Prerequisite:

• Required level of academic experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering

• Experience with the Azure platform and Power Platform

• Licensing/certification in Azure AZ204

• Logic App, Power App, and Power Automate technical skills

• Availability to travel within North America

English, French
Reason to require this language: you will need to work closely with our colleagues outside Quebec.
