Your job
  • Analyze and interpret data to execute operations of varying complexity with precision
  • Provide excellent customer service to various partners and clients
  • Share your expertise with colleagues and stakeholders to enrich collaborations
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and improvement of new systems and work processes
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and risk management practices in all operations
Your team

The Operations team comprises more than 2,500 employees, where each transaction and client request passes through a constantly evolving environment. Our initiatives come to life thanks to the commitment and expertise of our teams, which are focused on providing a distinctive customer experience.

You will work under the guidance of an experienced manager and collaborate closely with various departments within the bank, as well as with seasoned professionals. Our flexible environment supports remote work depending on operational needs, and our culture values knowledge sharing and mutual support.

Requirements
  • Hold a college diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills to solve complex problems
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to manage a high number of files efficiently
  • Quick and effective handling of our clients and partners
  • Ability to identify and propose process improvement opportunities
  • Demonstrate excellent prioritization skills to ensure optimal efficiency in completing tasks
  • Show attention to detail and rigor in executing tasks to guarantee work quality and accuracy
  • Ability to handle stress
* Work schedule: Available up to 20 hours
