A career as a Senior Director, Digital in the Digital Channels team at National Bank means acting as a specialist in digital project management. Your technical expertise, collaborative spirit, clear communication and commitment to continuous learning will allow you to make a real difference in the customer experience.

Your job

  • Ensure the End-to-End delivery of projects while respecting deadlines, budgets and standards, while monitoring their progress with the teams (capacities, velocity).
  • Ensure the quality of project data (dates, assignments, milestones) and maintain up-to-date documentation of management processes, tools and templates (portfolio, capacity, budgets).
  • Manage delivery roadmaps, release schedule and support PMs/CENs in delivery strategy and risk management.
  • Analyze reports, produce summaries for executives and actively participate in coordination meetings and information flow.
  • Support teams on project management best practices, support members in their HR development and organize the community of practice.

Your team

Within the Digital Delivery department, Individual, you are part of a large team of about a hundred colleagues and you report to the Senior Director - Delivery. Our team stands out for its expertise in customer experience development, its consistent delivery quality and its dynamic collaborative atmosphere.

Prerequisite

  • Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum or SAFe) and with JIRA tools
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in managing large-scale digital projects (web and mobile)
  • Leadership skills and team management experience to foster team engagement and well-being
  • Facility for negotiating changes in scope, budget or schedule with partners.

English, French
Reason to require this language: you will need to work closely with our colleagues outside Quebec.
